Arctic air, is a howling wolf, that prowls outside our house

I feel the clouds shadow my day
but I see the sun making its way
it’s getting longer longer longer

i brace myself as i put on my winter coat

Throw my scarf up high, pull my laces tight  dance on the river, figure eights on ice
